How does Litigo monitor my suppliers continuously? +
Each vendor RC you add to your watchlist becomes a monitored entity. Litigo re-indexes Moroccan court filings daily and compares each monitored entity against the previous day's snapshot. Any new case, open-case shift, or score change triggers an email and webhook.
How quickly do I get alerted if a supplier is sued? +
Within hours of the case appearing in our daily index. Alerts fan out by email to the assigned procurement owners and via webhook to any downstream system (Slack, ERP, vendor-risk dashboards) you've configured.
Can I monitor an entire vendor list at once? +
Yes. Upload your supplier list (CSV of RC numbers) and Litigo onboards each entity into your monitoring workspace. Enterprise customers can sync vendor lists programmatically with our admin API.
Does monitoring cover commercial and labour disputes? +
All Moroccan tribunals are covered — commercial, civil, labour, and appeal. Filtering and alert prioritisation by court class is configurable per workspace.
