Legal
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using Litigo reports, monitoring, scoring, certificates, datasets, or API services.
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Litigo, including the web application, company searches, paid PDF reports, certificates, monitoring, alerts, datasets, and API services. By creating an account, making a purchase, downloading a report, or using the API, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
Litigo is a litigation intelligence and risk-analysis tool. It aggregates, structures, and scores information from public or official Moroccan court and company sources. Litigo is not a court, law firm, credit bureau, rating agency, or public authority, and the service does not provide legal, financial, investment, credit, or compliance advice.
3. Scores, Data Accuracy, and User Decisions
Litigo scores, bands, alerts, summaries, and explanations are probabilistic analytical outputs. They may be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly matched, mistranscribed, affected by source-system errors, or changed by later updates to official records. You must independently verify source documents and use professional judgment before making any credit, procurement, onboarding, investment, employment, legal, or reputational decision. A score you disagree with, a score that later changes, or a source-data error is not by itself a product failure, breach, or refund event.
4. Correction Requests
If you believe a company, case, party, score, report, or API response is inaccurate, contact hello@litigo.ma with the company name, RC or ICE where available, the Litigo URL or report ID, and supporting evidence. Litigo may review, recompute, annotate, correct, or decline the request at its discretion. Litigo is not required to remove or suppress information that appears in official or public records.
5. Strict Refund Policy
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, all purchases and subscription fees are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once access is provisioned, a search is performed, API credentials are issued, monitoring is activated, or a PDF/report/certificate is generated or made available. Refunds are available only for a material failure of the purchased product that Litigo cannot reasonably remedy, such as a paid PDF report that cannot be generated or delivered, API credentials that do not work because of Litigo's systems, a prolonged platform outage that prevents use of the purchased service, or a duplicate/erroneous charge. Litigo may first attempt to repair, regenerate, reissue, extend, credit, or replace the affected product before approving any refund.
6. No Refunds for Business Judgment or Data Outcomes
No refund is owed because you changed your mind, no longer need the service, did not use a subscription, forgot to cancel, expected a different score, dislike a score or risk band, found fewer or more cases than expected, disagree with court-source information, used the report for an internal decision that did not produce the desired result, or misunderstood the scope, limits, language, timing, or methodology of the service.
7. Availability and API Use
Litigo may suspend, throttle, change, or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, source-system changes, infrastructure limits, or legal reasons. API customers are responsible for their own integration, retry logic, caching, rate-limit handling, security of credentials, and downstream use of Litigo responses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Litigo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, reputation, data, opportunity, financing, contracts, or business; or decisions made using Litigo outputs. Litigo's total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Litigo for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, or MAD 1,000, whichever is lower.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
